  • Merchants: email address, Stripe account ID
  • Clients: email address (provided by Stripe after payment)

We do not collect or store payment card details — all payment information is handled directly by Stripe.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Operate and provide the noFlake platform
  • Process and track hold payments
  • Send transactional emails related to your account
  • Respond to support requests

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Stripe

Payments on noFlake are processed by Stripe. When you pay a hold or connect a Stripe account, you interact directly with Stripe's services. Stripe's collection and use of your information is governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Payment records are retained for at least 7 years to comply with financial recordkeeping requirements. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us — note that we may retain certain records as required by law.

5. Cookies

We use session cookies necessary to operate the platform (authentication). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

6. Security

We take reasonable technical measures to protect your information. However, no internet transmission is completely secure. Use the platform at your own risk.

7. Children

noFlake is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above when changes are made. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
